35mm Adapter Support

Support for your adapter is important. It will help protect your adapter from falling and provides support relieving strain on your camera's filter thread. There are many support options out there and they can get very pricey. Let's explore a two options that won't eat your budget.

Although designed specifically for support for telephoto lenses attached to 35mm SLR cameras, this works well for most consumer camcorder that have a 35mm adapter.

The indieRAILSpro - $99 - $269+
These rails come in different flavors and add-ons and offer all that the high-end expensive railo systems do. Defently worth it if you have the means.

Flip mounts?
I will go more in depth on flip mounts in future posts. Basically it is when you camera is mounted upside down. You would want to do this when using an adapter to compensate for the flipped image on your LCD screen. A Flip mount is a good solution for smaller camcorders.
