I've only read positive about the Handy35. Seems like the best quality/price ratio out there for your small to mid sized cameras. The footage out there is top knotch and the thing looks great. The website is now fully functional and offers some great usability...the best feature is the "bundle wizard" which will help you fugure out exactly what you need to take your footage to the next level. Visit Handy35.com now.
Seems like there are test units of the upcoming SGBlade out there and footage is starting to emerge. Check out some of the footage below, I can't wait to see more. For more information on the SGBlade click here.
Whether your shooting with a DIY 35mm adapter or a commercial 35mm adapter you will come across vignetting from time to time. I personally like a little vignetting and tend to even add in post on occasion, however there are times it is either too severe or just unwarrented for the shot. I recently stumbled on a tutorial that goes over a effective way to reduce/remove vignetting in post. You can view the tutorial here.
If your in the market for a new camera or camcorder, watch this video to avoid getting scammed. If the deal seems too good to be true...then it probably is. Happy Holidays!
