SGBlade
spinning 35mm adapter
I don't think it the overall image quality gets any better than with a spinner. Although priced a bit higher, the SGblade as well as it's predecessor, the SGpro, seems to have the best overall end results compared to any adapter out there. Sure that is a bold statement, but if you compare footage from the SG products to that of Letus, Redrock, Brevis, it is arguably the overall winner, not to discredit either of the aforementioned adapters as they can definantly hold their own.
